Consent to Personal Data Processing

1. Operator and Acceptance
By using the PVP.FARM website and game, the user gives consent to individual entrepreneur Sergey Sergeevich Zenin, TIN 301809901520, OGRNIP 326508100198606, email: adm@pvp.farm, to process personal data under this consent and the Personal Data Policy.
Consent is given when registering an account, using the website or game, placing an order, contacting support, or otherwise voluntarily providing data.
2. Data
The following data may be processed: nickname, email where used, password in protected form, selected faction, game and account parameters, IP address, user agent, device type, language, session data, cookies/localStorage, action logs, diagnostic logs, order/payment identifiers and statuses without bank card details.
3. Processing Purposes
Data is processed for registration and sign-in, delivery of game functionality, performance of the offer, accounting for digital services, security and anti-fraud, technical support, error diagnostics, user notifications, accounting and legal records, and compliance with Russian law.
4. Processing Actions
This consent covers automated and non-automated processing, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, extraction, use, transfer, anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.
5. Transfer to Third Parties
Data may be transferred to contractors and partners to the extent necessary for project operation: hosting and infrastructure providers, attack protection, payment partners, technical support, development and maintenance contractors, and public authorities where required by law.
6. Term and Withdrawal
This consent remains valid until the processing purposes are achieved, mandatory retention periods expire, or the user withdraws consent. Withdrawal requests may be sent to adm@pvp.farm.
Withdrawal may result in termination of account access and deletion of data to the extent allowed by law and the technical architecture of the service. Data that must be retained by law or to protect the operator's rights may remain stored within the required scope and period.
