Terms of Service

1. Offer and Acceptance

This document is a public offer by individual entrepreneur Sergey Sergeevich Zenin, TIN 301809901520, OGRNIP 326508100198606, to provide access to the PVP.FARM service and its paid digital services under the terms described below. Acceptance includes actual use of the website or the game, account registration, order placement, payment, and other actions confirming the intention to use the service.

If the user disagrees with any provision of these Terms, they must immediately stop using the project.

2. Nature of the Service

PVP.FARM is provided as an online service on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, fitness for a specific purpose, or continued availability of any particular feature.

The service is experimental and subject to change. The administration may modify features, balance, content, access rules, and technical parameters at any time without prior notice.

Age rating: 12+. Content descriptors: online user interaction, PVP combat between combat mechs without graphic realism, in-game purchases, and user announcements that go through moderation.

3. Registration and Account

Some functions require an account. The user must provide accurate data to the extent necessary for registration and keep account credentials confidential.

All actions performed through the user’s account are deemed to have been performed by the user unless proven otherwise in accordance with applicable law.

The user confirms that they have full legal capacity or the consent of a legal representative for using the service and paying for digital services where such consent is required by law. A minor user must use the service subject to age limitations and legal representative requirements.

4. User Obligations

The user must comply with applicable law, these Terms, and standards of fair use of the service. Prohibited actions include attempts at unauthorized access, interference with service operation, bypassing technical restrictions, exploiting vulnerabilities, using bots or cheats, creating excessive load, and other abusive conduct.

The user is solely responsible for their device, network connection, antivirus protection, storage of login credentials, and any consequences of credential compromise.

5. Rights of the Administration

The administration may, at its sole discretion, limit, suspend, or terminate access to the service in whole or in part, remove or block accounts and data, reset game progress, and introduce additional security or moderation measures, unless otherwise required by law.

The administration may carry out technical works, updates, migrations, and other infrastructure changes without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

Exclusive rights to software code, design, graphics, texts, databases, trademarks, and other service elements belong to the administration and/or right holders.

The user receives a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service solely for personal non-commercial purposes within its intended functionality.

7. Paid Digital Services and Payments

PVP.FARM may offer paid digital services, including purchased account credits and special functions activated inside the game for purchased credits. Description of services, prices, payment procedure, delivery, cancellation, and refunds are published on the Paid Services and Payment Terms page.

Purchased credits are accounted for in the user’s game account, are not electronic money, are not redeemable for money, do not entitle the user to cash payouts, and may only be used within the PVP.FARM functionality.

Payments are processed through the payment partner’s checkout page and/or the acquiring bank. Bank card details and other payment data are entered on the partner side and are not received by PVP.FARM. Information about payment protection is available in the Information Security Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The administration does not guarantee that the service will meet the user’s expectations, operate continuously, without errors or delays, without data loss, or be compatible with any particular device or software environment.

The administration is not obliged to store any user data for any specific period unless expressly required by law or by a separate written agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the administration is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, interruptions of access, actions of third parties, failures of telecom operators, hosting providers, payment systems, software, or user equipment.

Where liability exists under applicable law, it is limited to proven direct damages and only to the extent required by mandatory legal provisions.

10. Force Majeure

The administration is released from liability for full or partial non-performance caused by force majeure events, including accidents, failures of power supply or communications, actions of state authorities, military actions, DDoS attacks, epidemics, and other extraordinary circumstances beyond reasonable control.

11. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiations and a pre-trial claim procedure; if no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be referred to a competent court in accordance with applicable jurisdiction rules.

The response period for a pre-trial claim is 30 calendar days from the date of receipt unless a different period is required by mandatory law.

12. Amendments

The administration may amend these Terms unilaterally. The current version is published on the website and becomes effective upon publication unless stated otherwise in the text.

Continued use of the service after publication of a new version constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
