1. General Provisions
This Policy defines how personal data of PVP.FARM website and game users is processed and is prepared in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
The personal data operator is individual entrepreneur Sergey Sergeevich Zenin, TIN 301809901520, OGRNIP 326508100198606. By using the website and the service, the user confirms that they have read and accepted this Policy.
2. What Data Is Processed
The Operator may process data provided by the user during registration and service use: nickname (login), password in protected form, selected faction, and game or account-related settings.
Technical and network data may also be processed: IP address, user agent, device type, language, session data, cookies/localStorage, activity logs, and client or server diagnostics.
When placing and paying for an order, data required to link the order to the account may be processed, including nickname, order amount, order identifier, payment status, and technical payment notification data. Full bank card details are not received by PVP.FARM and are processed by the payment partner.
The Operator does not seek to process special categories of personal data or biometric data. If the user voluntarily sends such data through external channels, the user bears responsibility for that transfer.
3. Purposes and Legal Grounds
Personal data is processed for registration and authentication, performance of the terms of service, delivery of game functionality, security and anti-fraud measures, technical support, service stability analytics, and compliance with applicable law.
Processing is based on the user’s consent where required, performance of the agreement with the user, and the Operator’s legitimate interests in maintaining and securing the service.
4. Processing Procedure
Processing is carried out with and without automation, including collection, recording, systematization, storage, updating, extraction, use, transfer, anonymization, blocking, and deletion of data.
The Operator follows the principles of legality, proportionality, and data minimization: only the data necessary for the declared purposes is processed.
5. Cookies and Local Storage
The project uses cookies and browser local storage, including localStorage, for sessions, authorization, proper interface operation, user preferences, and technical diagnostics.
The user may restrict cookies in browser settings, understanding that this may result in partial or complete loss of service functionality.
6. Transfer to Third Parties
The Operator may transfer data to third parties to the extent necessary for operating the project, such as hosting or infrastructure providers, DDoS protection, payment processing through a payment partner, and technical contractors, as well as in cases expressly required by law.

Cross-border transfer of personal data is permitted only where allowed by applicable law.

Data is stored no longer than necessary for processing purposes or for the periods established by law and the Operator’s obligations. Once the purpose is achieved, the data is deleted or anonymized unless the law requires otherwise.
The user may request clarification, blocking, or deletion of data to the extent provided by law.
9. User Rights
The user may obtain information about processing, request correction, blocking, or deletion of data, withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis, and file a complaint with the competent authority or court.

10. Security and Confidentiality Measures
The Operator applies reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, and distribution.
Access to data is granted only to authorized persons to the extent necessary for their duties.

11. Limitation of Liability
The Operator is not liable for actions of third parties, user actions, Internet failures, software issues, or hardware failures beyond the Operator’s reasonable control.
Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The Operator may amend this Policy. The current version is published on the website and becomes effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.
The user is responsible for reviewing the current version of the Policy.
